2) What tools do I need to do her EYE MAKEUP and how to I do it. Notice how her eyeliner or eyeshadow is smudged on the bottom of her eye and in the corners (or thats what it looks like) so yes how to I smudge.

i don't think i saw the images that u wanted ppl to see , but i'm just going with what i know about her look and that main pic. a curling iron that is 1 1/2'; will probably create nice lose curls, then you can shake them out.


as for eye makeup, it's usually a very clean lined top lashes. u can do that with a liquid liner. for the smudges u're talking about, u can dip a angled eyeshadow brush into some shadow and smudge the corners.


finish off with a brown mascara.
