Hair and makeup help for a dance!?!?

I am going to a dance tomorrow, its semi formal and Im wearing a blue dress, its about this color

but thats not the dress, I have VERY pale skin, green eyes and darkish brown hair.


I need help on how to do my hair and makeup, Im going to curl my hair like this

so could you tell me how, like what size curling iron, how long to leave it on, any specific products and directions...etc.


and i dont know how i want to do my makeup, so if you could give me pictures of a celebritys makeup that will look good and give directions

Use curling tongs or straighteners to curl your hair. Then do some very natural foundation and blusher. Use shimmery blue and green eyeshadow blended together so you get both the blue of your dress and the green or your eyes in there. then a sweep of bronzer


blue eyeshadow


glitter eyeliner


curl ur lashes

top and bottom


then eyeliner on your


water line if you want.

yeah do ur hair like that by using a curling iron and use a light blue eyeshadow that shimmers and a light coat of eyeliner and mascara. and do 2 coats of foundation .....
