Plz Answer! How can I get my hair and makeup like Amy Jurgens from the secret life of the american teenager!!?

Ok, so I posted this earlier but i didnt get any good answers. So i want my hair and makeup like hers but im not sure how to do that? What do i tell my hairdresser i want to get? i dont know what to call that cut. Also, how do i do my makeup like hers? what makeup products and brands should i try? I know her makeup is pretty light, how do i that just a little darker? A best answer will be chosen so please give a thorough answer of what to tell my hairdresser i want, how to style it after i get it cut and what products to use, and how to get my makeup like that just a little darker, and what brands to try. bring a pic of amy jurgens with her hair down like how u want it to the hair dresser tell her thats how u want it... for the makeup get some liquiod eyeliner and do it on the top lid and then use regular eyliner for the bottom lid. just do it to the darkness u want and it doesnt really matter brand but if i were to make a preference i would get covergirl! get nuterals,pinks and purples

Just take a picture with you when you go, and tell the stylist to cut your hair like that. I don't know anything about makeup though sorry.
