I have blue eyes medium blonde hair which color of eye makeup would look best other than like black eyeliner?

Light brown or very light gold eye shadow.

If you have blue eyes and blonde hair, stay away from black liner! You want people to see your pretty eyes, not just your makeup. Go for softer browns and plums, here are a few suggestions:


Clinique Roast Coffee eye liner


Clinique Violet eye liner


Clinique Lucky Penny eye shadow


Clinique Victorian Pink shadow duo


Clinique Twiglet and/or Enchanted eye shadow

brown looks best for blue eyes.. and deep navy blue also looks nice. it has the darkness of a black, but you can still tell it has a touch of color to it.
Try browns, golds, and light pinks for eyeliner you can use browns and personally i like darker puples because i have blues eyes too!
I actually think black will be too stark/intense on you. Try browns and greens.
brown would be the best it will bring out the blue in your eyes and make your hair look brighter
