well you have to have really healthy and clear skin because she doesnt look like shes wearing too much makeup.


other than that just eyeliner and mascara probly.


as for the hair you can get it razored at a salon but get more at the top than the bottom.


i got mine razored, its amazing! hah


and you have to tease your hair a bit and use hairspray to get it bigger at the top
