hey i work in a hair salon and girls come in all the time wanting Kat's hair but it doesn't really work on a lot of people. with your face shape waves would look good or a perm like this one http://i586.photobucket.com/albums/ss307/kelseyc7235/perm.jpg if you do the perm i would get chestnut brown with dirty blonde highlights and as far as make up goes when you have a darker complection it looks best when you do a darker shade not to dark purple on your lid and a medium brown in between and a gold right under your eye brow.with real small eyeliner right across the top and bottom lid not to much....and for your lips not to much just a little lip shiner and you'll have a Natural look but very pretty.stick to that and i think you'll be good.see yaHAIR AND MAKEUP PLZ (pics)?
I think that cut would fit you great- it would look really pretty on you. Also, for make-up, purple eyeliner really brings out brown eyes because of the contrast. Or if you want a more natural look, try black liquid eyeliner on top and pencil on bottom.
