Senior Prom 2008, I need help with hair and makeup.?

My hair is short and blonde


-I'm getting extensions put in my hair


-I haven't decided if I should keep my hair blonde or if brown hair would work better.


My dress is black and white


I have fair a base tan but I'm concidered fair.
