I need help with my hair and makeup. I don't really wanna do an up do.

I was thinking of curling it. Bangs or no bangs?+++Hair and Makeup for Prom?+++?
I love the dress it is gorgeous. And I like the last hair style, the one with curls and the bangs would look chic. The curls down would look better than an up-do. For your eye makeup use black eyeliner and then fill in the very outer and inner corners of your eyes with a little hint of silver. Then use a good, dark mascara. For your lips I'm sure you could get away without lip stick but if you want to wear it use a color that matches your dress.+++Hair and Makeup for Prom?+++?
