I wnat scene hair and makeup(pic included)?

i know i allready asked this question, but none of the answers were what i was looking for.i want to know how to style my hair and do my makeup(especelly the eyes) like the girl in this pic.

The blue is extensions. I myself am what most people consider a ';scene kid';. If you want to look just like her, grow your hair out and tease it out. To tease it, comb it upward and then hair spray it and finger through it to however voluminous you want it, and the make up, use a good moisturizer before you put anything on your face like powder or anything. Make sure anything you put on your face matches your natural color cause otherwise people will be able to tell because your face will be different than your neck. And her eyes, she probably just uses black eyeshadow and on the bottom black eye liner..and her lashes look like fake lashes.I wnat scene hair and makeup(pic included)?

her blue streaks are probably dyed extensions. her make up looks like concealer, foundation, eyeliner on both the top and bottom lids and a few coats of mascara.
Bring the photo to your hairstylist and have him/her cut it similiar to the one in this photo. Her eyemakeup...looks like she is wearing black eyeliner on upper and lower lid. The upper lid looks smudged more. And also, she has false eyelashes on. I think thats what makes her makeup look unachievable. But it is, just go to any drugtore and buy false eyelashes or Mac sells them as well. At Mac, they can show you how to put the false eyelashes on.. Bring the photo there.
