Why do women wear padding, dye their hair and makeup but think plastic surgery is wrong?

Padding is fake. Getting implants in your butt and breasts are just a permanent way of doing it. It's better than taking off your body everyday. And men aren't thrilled with the fact that your body's a press-on.

Makeup is a way of hiding flaws like a big nose or small eyes or thin lips with stragetic shading. Plastic surgery is just a permanent way of doing it. Also your face doesn't wash off in the rain.

Hair dye is the same as plastic surgery. It's unnatural in the long run so it's no different than getting breast implants.

The only difference is that these things are more accepted. Women die from reactions and have complications due to ingredients in makeup so it's just as dangerous as surgery.

Why is it that so many women do all those things and then bash the ones that have the guts to get plastic surgery? A man would much rather have a woman with breast implants than have toilet paper fall out your bra. I think people who do all that are more fake than ones who get surgery. Why do women wear padding, dye their hair and makeup but think plastic surgery is wrong?
Plastic surgery is not the same as any of those, Makeup, Hair dye, and Padding are all temporary ways of changing your look for a special occasion and can all easily be changed back, every women likes to play with their image but knows they don't need those things with the one they love. And any women with plastic surgery is still wearing makeup and dying their hair. Your reasoning is insane.

If a man divorces a woman for her looks being temporary then he was never even close to being in love with her.Why do women wear padding, dye their hair and makeup but think plastic surgery is wrong?
I'm not fake so i think stuffing your bra and plastic surgery and hair dye is all stupid. The only thing on here i do is wear make up just to cover blemishes and under eye circles and i wear eyeshadow + lip gloss and other stuff on occasion
Those other things can be removed to reveal the true you, and aren't permanently changing anything. Plastic surgery costs ridiculous amounts of money and hides your true looks forever. There's no going back.
because plastic surgery truly changes your face. implants arent as obvious, makeup washes off, and hair dye can be colored over.

Plastic surgery is just to desperate
because thats bad. its an unnecessary surgery. we do those other things to help ourselves stand out. we dont change who we are harmfully.
coz who wants someone cutting you up and leaving scars when you can just wear a padded bra? lol a few thousand dollars cheaper too!
First of all, you shouldn't generalize--plenty of women think there's nothing wrong with plastic surgery.

I think in general people have problems with plastic surgery because it's much more extreme than simple padding or hair dye. Padding a bra takes 5 seconds, dying hair takes an hour at the most. Surgery, on the other hand is permanent.

Also with surgery there is always the chance of complications, which you don't have to worry about with simple, temporary beauty enhancement procedures.

Finally, I wouldn't get plastic surgery because I'm a health freak and I don't like the idea of something artificial and foreign being put in my body just because of my vanity. That doesn't mean I'm going to bash other women who choose to undergo surgery. That's their choice and if they feel it's the right thing for them, good for them. I don't see anything morally wrong with plastic surgery in a general sense; I just know that no matter how old, ugly, and wrinkly I get, it's not for me.
It's different. Have you had plastic surgery or something, and now you're trying to prove a point?

I only where eyeliner and mascara. I've dyed my hair, but it's not like it won't eventually go back to my natural colour. Unlike plastic surgery. If you get a nose job to make your nose smaller, it's not going to eventually just grow back.

If dying your hair is wrong, is it also wrong to cut your hair in a style you like?

Edit:

Okay, you can get them removed but it's not gonna be nearly as easy as removing a little makeup.

Sorry, but there's a big difference between wearing a little makeup and all these 50-some-year-old celebrities getting plastic surgery to *try* to make themselves look 20 again.

If a 60 year old wears makeup, you're still gonna be able to tell they're 60, unlike if they were to have plastic surgery.

But you still never answered if you've had plastic surgery or not.
Most people who do plastic surgery look fine before the surgery. Look at these: http://plasticsergeant.com. Were these people ugly before plastic surgery? However, they are not stratified with their look, so they go under the knife even it is dangerous procedures;

Anesthesia , infection, bleeding, and shock etc... Plastic surgeries should only be performed on those who need facial reconstruction after traumatic events
