If you want to be more edgy you could cut your hair so that it's just past your shoulders and get lotsa layers which would look cool with our without straightening. I think it'd also look really good to get longish bangs, and choose bright eyeshadow and eyeliners to brighten your eyes. Glitter maybe.

Hope I helped!Hair or makeup tips :)?
FRENCH TWIST UP-DO

Step 1: Curl random sections of hair around a one-and-a-half-inch curling iron to create loose curls (they'll give your style more dimension). Pull back the right side of your hair, and pin securely to the back of your head with bobby pins.

Step 2: Take the rest of your hair and twist it toward your right shoulder. Keep tucking to create a soft French twist. Pin it for hold as you go.

Try: Scunci Hair Pins, $2 for pack of 100, drugstores

Step 3: End the twist at the nape of your neck, and secure the style with large bobby pins where it meets your head. Let the rest of your hair fall into a pony; spray with strong-hold hairspray.

Try: Sunsilk Hold Me Forever Strong Hold Hairspray, $4, drugstores

SIDE SWEPT BANGS

Step 1: Keep your waves smooth by applying a hydrating cream evenly through damp hair.

Try: Kimble Hair Care Systems Bounce Back Curling Revitalizer, $9, Target stores

Step 2: Add piece-y texture to your hair by applying a curl-enhancing spray all over before you blow-dry.

Try: Tresemm茅 Flawless Curls Reactivation Styling Mist, $4, drugstores

Step 3: Define your waves by drying hair with a diffuser as you scrunch it. Stop to add curl enhancer if your waves need more definition.

Try: Wigo Abstrax Red Leopard Salon Dryer with Tourmaline and Ionic Technology, $120, folica.com

Step 4: Once your hair is dry, create smooth, side-swept bangs by brushing the front section forward and to the side with a paddle brush.

Try: Sephora Brand Paddle Brush, $32, Sephora

Step 5: Hold the side-swept section in place with bobby pins, then mist it with a light-hold hairspray to fight flyaways.

Try: Goody Colour Collction Bobby Pins in Brunette, $3 for pack of 50, drugstores

you could probably get more defined layers, and maybe even dye it a darker blonde, you could get it cut like to a length of right above your boobs.

for makeup, you could try the 'blonde bombshell look' i like to call it that, lol. just put on some black eyeliner then blend it in at the outer corner off your eye =]. I hoped that helped
I think you should get a curling iron and tie it into a bun like:

Or you can just ask your hairstylist to make it like that :].

And for your eyeshadow, I think you'd look good with browns, light pinks, and light grey. You're really pretty btw!

Hope this helps
