Can NOT be pretty enough! Ha Ha and lol.
DONT YOU DARE listen to the first answer, she is a stuck up snob! You arent ugly, you are very very pretty. I love your eyes. ;%26gt; Well, my advice for you would be a dark brown mascara, brown eyeliner, and funk up your eyeshadow, put 3 colors, a dark one for the lid, a medium one for the crease, and a light one for the top. Try avoiding green. Also, for lipgloss try a light or medium.
Try some funky blue or emerald green eyeshadow and dark eyeliner. Clear lip gloss.
first off split your hair to the side like in the middle of your eye.
or if you want it further, split it to your eyebrows.
get a haircut, with bangs -- it will look best.
with makeup, try not to go too dark or too much with the eyeliner.
curl your lashes with mascara.
other than that, everythings great. =]
Here are links to some great advise, also some cool pictures too. You could do some waves or do a little flip to your ends! It's always cool to try something new!

I saw this tip on Tyra show, i really liked it:
When you're doing your eye makeup put some darker eyeliner right under your buttom eyelashes and then use white eyeliner on the inside of your lower lid, that will make your eyes look bigger, i tried this tip recently, my friends told me that it made my face look really different lol
If you want to try new looks and don't know where to start, I would say to go to a cosmetics counter at a department store and ask the sales lady. It's pretty much their job to give out that advice. Not to mention you can ask for free samples while shes trying to sell you stuff. But most of them give free makeovers also. Just be sure to tell her what kind of changes you want ie glam, neutral, smoky eye etc.
