Hair and makeup colors for my skin tone?

I have dirty blonde hair with bluish grey eyes and pink or neutral undertones. I want to dye my hair golden blonde. Would that look alright?


I also have no idea what makeup colors to wear as I've never worn makeup. I figure it's about time now that I'm going to college. I like natural looking makeup that's either rose or peach but don't know what would look better. My style is boho, country, and feminine if that helps at all.

Also do you find it worthwhile to spend more money on makeup compared to drugstore? Is $32 way to much for a good liquid foundation?Hair and makeup colors for my skin tone?
You could definitely go golden blonde or even lighter than that. As long as it's not bleached blonde because that will wash lighter skin out.





As far as eye makeup- My best suggestion is to get a gold eyepencil to highlight the inner corners of your eyes. Even put a little under your bottom eyelid. It will make your eyes really pop and look bluer. Plus it's really good for a natural look. That with some mascara will look awesome.





And lastly foundation- DEFINITELY go for bare minerals from sephora. It's about 20-25 dollars. But it lasts a really long time and is totally worth it. You'll get the coverage you need without the look of a heavy liquid foundation. Plus it matches your skin great.

blues will make your eyes pop, neutrals will always look good, soft pinks are cute. eyeshadow is easy cuz any color works as long as you dont go too bright or put too much on. same with lips. yes golden blonde would probly look fine. and although i buy most of my makeup at the drugstore i love getting mac too. but for foundation i use revlon colorstay, it works even better then the mac foundation. hope i helped!
hmm from what you're telling me about you're hair eyes i think you look really pretty ^-^ so i thinkk you should keep your dirty blonde hair... but im not exactly the greatest with make up so.... good luck in college? =D
first of all, coloring your hair now may not be the best idea now that your going to college because it will be hard to keep up your roots.


try Sun-In. a natural hair lightener that brings out natural highlights.


also, for makeup, buy expensive department store foundation now before you dont have anymore time to go to the mall. also, drugstores are usually on campus so you dont have to worry about running out of mascara. for the boho look, buy brown eyeliner, brown mascara, and a pale pink lipgloss. do a soft blush and any eyeshadow you want, but i would recommend the mabelline brown kind that gives you the steps for applying it.
