Hair and MakeUp Ideas PLz?!?!?!?!?

Blue eyes...Dirty Blonde Hair...Fair. Um sum cute make up ideas...and hair ideas...plz im open to anything i just need your suggestions. um i would on top of jus knowing some diferent styles for my hair lik to kno how to do this look ( in da link) http://www.artistdirect.com/Images/artd/amg/music/bio/580233_saraevans_200x200.jpg Um so kinda a relaxed wave kinda look. If you already have naturally wavy hair, just put in some scrunching gel (Herbal Essences Totally Twisted or Sally Hershbergers Wavy Hair Primer, which can be found only at Walgreens and comes in a kind of teal colored bottle, but it gives your hair volume, wave, and no frizz; or at least very minimal frizz, lol). If your hair is naturally straight then you have to use a curling iron, and I'm not much help with that, sorry! As for makeup, you could try different colored eye liners in shades like blue, purple, green, or teal, and you could experiment with liquid liner (MAC and Prestige has a really good selection of colors; to apply liquid liner just pull the corner of your upper eye lid tight and apply slowly as close to the lash line as possible; once you get better you probably won't have to do this and you can experiment with how the line looks to ';change'; the shape of your eye). Also, purple eyeshadow is fun and looks good with any skin tone, eye color, and hair color, and is a perfect color for spring. You could always try different shades or textures of eyeshadow (matte, shimmer, sparkle, pearl, etc....) to make small changes to your makeup. You could also try a really dramatic mascara, which will really open up and bring attention to the eyes (MAC Plush Lash is really good!). Since its spring, I would stick with a light pink or peach blush, and a light pink, peach, or cherry lipgloss. Oh, and blue eyes look best in gold, peach, or brown eyeshadows, but like I said earlier, purple looks good too, lol. Hope this is helpful!Hair and MakeUp Ideas PLz?!?!?!?!?
