Hair and makeup for 8th grade graduation?

i want to get my hair done with more layers and then they could flip the ends. since i am 13 would i be counted as an adult haircut? is that considered an up do, or just a normal haircut?

for makeup i was thinking of getting it done at a spa for $33 or going inside the mall to macy's and going to mac or benefit or something, i dont have dillards or ulta, what ever those places are, i have gone to ulta before though, love it! it is an hour away though! what would you do for makeup for graduation?Hair and makeup for 8th grade graduation?
it would be a haircut with a few extra dollars for the flippyness. you should also go to macy's mac and do it there if they have a mac at yours if not go to the spa. :D

it could be considered adult if it is too layered and too short, and not the right color. also, it depends on how you style it if it will look like an up-do. you should just get it with loose curls and a sideways pony-tail type thing, that always works. for makeup, it depends what your dress looks like, but you should go with natural shades, or ones that match your eye and skin tones, as well as your dress. get it done at mac though, or if you have a place that has a dior makeup station/counter.
Usally a child hair cut is 12 and under and i think ur hair cut idea is good, you might want to ask them to shape it so it will fit your face. Makeup- I think natural will be the best and Macys or Dillard's they have counters were you can get it done from Estee Lauder,Lancome,Clinqiue, and mybe Chanel depending were you live, since your more young, clinquie overs a great makeup line and face cleansing which isnt to pricy if you intend on buying some. For reference you might want to go on the websites and see what they offer and mybe make a appoinment. check out they hair place to and talk to the lady/man about your hair .

Good luck and Congrads on graduating !!! best whishes
