Hair and makeup for n.j.h.s. banquet where i will be honored for my ';continued dedication';?

ok so this is my second year on the national junior honor society so i have to go to the banquet to be ';honored for my continued dedication';, i'm wearing a light blue baby doll short sleeve dress over a black long sleeve shirt, and black leggings w/ black flats. what should i do w/ my hair and makeup? i have shoulder length medium brown hair and side bangs. my hair is pretty much straight, but naturally its frizzy, so i straighten it, but i'm open to any suggestions. also, i have olive skin and dark brown eyes

I would wear a light blue eyeshadow that is complementary for your skin tone.go to a local drug store like cvs or walgreens and ask the makeup counter person which shade would be bets for you; same for a pink or nude colored lipgloss.Put your hair in a cute updo to further accentuate your outfit since this is a dedication banquet
