Hair Scrunching? Makeup?

Can anyone tell me what the best way to scrunch your hair is? I've heard that egg whites work but am a little scared to try it. What are some hair products that have worked well for you in the past? Whenever I scrunch my hair it ends up being hard and crunchy and I want it to look and feel soft.

I don't have very thick hair, but it's not extremely thin either. It's a little wavy when i just let it dry though and really soft.

Also, what is the difference between using a diffuser and a regular blow dryer on your hair?

Also, usually I don't wear makeup but when I do I put dark colors on for a more extreme look. I want more of a ';girl next door'; type look because my boyfriend doesn't like the darker look... any thoughts or ideas about that?Hair Scrunching? Makeup?
I myself have curly hair, and the best way to let it be soft, and not crunchy, is one: don't put gel in it. Also, to make it seem more soft, is as soon as you get out of the shower , get a wide tooth comb, and comb through your hair. It makes my hair softer.

Also, let your hair air-dry.

And about the make-up. It depends on what color your eyes are, and what tone of skin you have. If you have blue eyes, put on a thin layer of chocolate brown eye-liner, some eyeshadow in creamy or brownish shades.

If you have brown eyes, try blue eyeliner. I know it sounds crazy, but it doesn't make your eyes seems so dark. Just don't glob to much on, and try to enhance your features with make-up not hide them.Hair Scrunching? Makeup?
you should try herbal essences totally twisted it works great and as for the make up you should type it up on youtube because they have tons of videos about makeup and this way you can watch videos and choose which one you like and also you'll be able to see results

Hope this helps
To scrunch my hair i use Garnier Fructis curl sulping cream-gel. I use it when i get out of the shower, i wrap my hair up in a towel and when i take it down its really messy but kinda wavy, i keep it like that and squeeze a little of the product out, and scrunch it with my hair. it doesnt make your hair greasy at all, it makes it smooth. When it air dries it will look like its natrually wavy. I dont know how your hair is so you could also just brush your hair out when its wet but not dripping wet and then apply the product. It should work either way. good luck
