i would go to your hairstylist and tell her that you want your sides up, and you want your crown brought up for a little bit of height, like audrina on The Hills...i'm sure you know what i'm talking about... and then super loose curls for the rest of it.
keep your makeup simple... do NOT use bronzer because it will make your pictures look like you have greasy skin. trust me on this one..lol
maybe use a little more mascara than usual to make your eyes ';pop'; it sounds to me like you do your makeup like i do..and i refuse to use eye shadow because the natural look just looks better on me. i would probably say the same for you. maybe a little bit of light pink blush on the apples of your cheeks. smile at the mirror to find your apples. and a little bit, and i mean a little bit of black eyeliner where your bottom eyelashes grow. when applying your eye liner start front the outside corner, and only come halfway in. it'll give you depth without looking like you have ';too much'; makeup on. also do a little bit of mauve lip liner (not too thick) and a light pink gloss... :-) good luck!!! i'm sure you'll be stunning no matter what.Homecoming Hair and Makeup Advice, URGENT!!! :]?
i think that both your hair and makeup will have to depend on the type of dress you will be wearing.maybe yo can consider getting a simple yet elegant updo. and for makeup it will be better if it compliments your dress. a very neutral smoky eye will look good with everything. don't forget false eyelashes if you wanna make your eyes pop.hope this helps! good luck for your homecoming
if i were you, id do my hair down in big loose curls with maybe a pretty clip or something. And if you never wear makeup, go minimal do like light pink sparkly eyeshadow, black liner, a dab of blush and some lip gloss.
brown shadow will make blue eyes pop.
also its home coming i never been im home schooled but my sister has been to all of hers and she always did a updo..
can u help me

It's OK I haven't gone to homecoming (I'm homeschooled) but o well. I know a thing or two about make-up. I have really fair skin too. What I would do is put on some peachy colored blush, and some brown eyeliner, and light pink eye shadow, and lots of mascara. You don't want to over do it though, because then it will look clumpy. Now for your hair, I don't know what your face shape is but I think if you shampoo it and use nice conditioner, just leave it down. Then you wouldn't look too formal.Hope this helps! :p
P..s. Also you can go to Covergirl.com and do the covergirl make--up mirror, and there are all sorts of quizes and things to see what colors you would wear.
HAIR
how about u out the top half of your hair in a loose bun like this %26gt;%26gt;http://www.easycurls.com/gallery/uma1_in_curls_70510.jpg
and have the bottom section of your hair down and loosely curled (if you have shortish hair buy extensions)%26gt;%26gt;%26gt;
http://img2.timeinc.net/people/i/2006/stylechannel/gallery/fashionweek/sarah_gellar_300x400.jpg
and at the top of your hair to a plait across it like this %26gt;%26gt;%26gt;

and if you cant do this you can buy hair bands online and in some accessorise shops%26gt;%26gt;%26gt;

MAKE-UP
as you have blonde hair + really blue eyes you are (in professional terms) known as a cool light or summer season.

also invest in some good eyelash curlers, waterproof volumising mascara and line your top lashes with brown/purple (you're skintone is too delicate for black and purple is a good colour on and matches your dress) eyeliner liquid or pencil to make your eyes stand out.
use a light reflective, oil-free foundation for a natural pro-skin way to boost your complextion such as
