a dark purple eye and you should put you bangs in a bump and them curl your hair

Since your dress is pink and black, basic black, grey maybe pale pink eyeshadow is okay, but you don't want your makeup to be very matchy matchy with your outfit.

For your hair, you can curl it and put it half up and half down
or i would prefer a simpler look where
you straighten it and wear it in a low ponytail with some strands framing your face. to make it a little bit fancier you can take a strand of hair from underneath the ponytail and wrap it around your hairband and bobby pin the end. you can also do this with curly hair, but your hair might be too short for that.

You need:

How to:
1.Curl Your Hair
For straight or wavy hair, hold a curling iron vertically, and curl small sections at a time, carefully rolling the iron away from your face. For curly hair, apply a frizz-fighting cream to damp strands and air-dry, then use a curling iron for touch ups.
2.Tease at the Crown
Lift pieces at the top of your head and tease toward the roots to create height.Do this in small sections, spraying each with hairspray so they don't fall. When you have enough volume, gently comb back the top layer to smooth over any knots.
3.Tie to the side
Gather all of your hair into a low side pony, positioning it just behind your ear. Secure with an invisible elastic. Finish the look by tying a colorful ribbon in a bow around the elastic, then pulling a few wispy pieces out to frame your face

-Wear them all together in that order. Meaning wear the pink then purple and then plum.
-The PINK needs to be put on the lid. Sweep the light shadow over your top lids to create a base.
-The PURPLE needs to be put on the crease. Apply the darker shade inside your creases to contour your eyes.
-The PLUM needs to be put on the lash line. Draw a thin line close to your lashes to define your eyes.
