2nd in makeup, its more natural looking. 1st in hair because i think it looks cute (:Which party hair and makeup? (with pics)?
Number 2 for eye makeup. It looks more natural and brings out your natural beauty. For hair I say number 1. Nice hair accesory btw. These together you'll look cute and pretty but not overdone. Hope ya have a fun time. =)
